Just Add Ink - 6 & Swap Sisters Challenges

I have a card that I created to fit two challenges this week a sketch challenge from Just Add Ink and a colour challenge from Swap Sisters using my all time favourite colours:
Pink Pirouette, Regal Rose, Chocolate Chip and Whisper White.

So I thought that I would try something that I had never done before - punch art .... I was inspired by my Swap Sister Lynda Shrimpton cos I loved her ice creams and I had to give it a go, "thanks Lynda".

Here's my card:
Oh, and here is the colour and sketch pics:

This was such a fun card to make - I used the scallop circle punches and the 1 3/4" circle punch for the ice cream scoops, the cone was cut freehand and scored on an angle in the scor pal and the topping was coloured with the choc chip marker then crystal effects added.

My version of the chocolates on the the right were made with chocolate buttons ... lol ... added some glass beads on top, and all held together with crystal effects.

Anyway, hope you are all having a wonderful day, and enjoy a calorie-free ice cream and chocs!!!

Hi Tui
Your card is cute, another technique that an icecream style card might work with is the faux frosting technique - what do you think? Thanks also for the lovely comment on my blog post about my faux stitching!
